• A deposit is required at the time of booking. If alcoholic beverages are served, additional fees may be required depending on the number of guests and if police security is required.

• Private catering services are allowed.

• The facility may also be used for recurring rentals for ongoing classes, meetings, etc. through specifically negotiated contracts.
